Conference RegistrationRegistration includes all educational sessions, speakers, and events unless otherwise noted. Two dinners and one lunch is provided. Member registration fees
Nonmember registration fees
Payment for all fees is due at the time of registration. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars. International currency will be accepted at the exchange rate prevalent at the time of payment. Cancellations: Upon written request, credit will be issued for all fees, less a $50 processing charge, until Feb. 23. No credit will be issued for tour or preconference program cancellations after Feb. 23. A $100 processing charge will be assessed for conference registrations canceled in writing Feb. 23-March 16. No credits will be issued after March 16. If payment has been received prior to cancellation, refunds will be issued, less fees, after the conference. Unpaid cancellation fees and no-shows are billed. Replacements are welcome.
